By its very nature, the World Wide Web (WWW) is a very chaotic place.
You just wanted to follow a link to a page on an other site that did
not work the last time it was checked
automatically or manually.
(As I am not the maintainer of that other site, I cannot do
anything about the page not being accessible.) Links which
appear to be broken on one day, may be working again the next
day.
