Bikes

Below some bikes that I used. These bikes are bikes that I used for daily usage as is common in the Netherlands. I prefer bikes that are robust and low in maintenance. The average distance to my office in the past twenty years has been about six Km one way, except between October 2018 till October 2019 when it was about ten Km.

Bought around 1993 from the Gazelle brand.

A brown Cortina Urban HPV with a 7-speed transmission and frame number C01037006.

Saturday, November 20, 2010: Tried it out near the bike shop.
Wednesday, March 9, 2011: Went to collect it
Monday, November 13, 2017: Stolen.

Vilo de ville B 200

An apple green Vilo de ville B 200, which has a belt drive instead of a chain drive.

Tuesday, January 9, 2018: Went to collect it.
