Admission

Today, Li-Xia was admitted in a nursing home as a result of the progression of her Alzheimer's Disease. In the past year she started to fail in the area of personal care and needed more and more support. Due to tensions, Annabel stayed with other families for 18 months in the past two years. I spend a long time struggling with finding the right moment for her admission. Of course, Li-Xia objected against the admission when we confronted her. I did talk about it in the past days, but did not make it very explicit. When I phoned this evening, I heard that Li-Xia had calmed down and that she had laughed already.

Shortcoming in Sat-3 algorithm

Vladimir Romanov has admitted in a comment to his open letter that his polynomial algorithm for Sat-3 contains a shortcoming which requires an amendment. This means that so far he did not proof P=NP. It is quite likely that the amendment will never be completed.
